Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how IQ Technologies N.V. ("IQ Technologies N.V.", "we", "our") handles refunds for OneFlow subscriptions and related implementation services. OneFlow is a cloud-based SaaS platform, and all access is delivered digitally.
1. Eligibility
Refund eligibility applies only to subscriptions purchased directly from us through OneFlow's billing portal. Purchases made via third-party marketplaces are subject to the marketplace's policies.
2. Free Trial & Evaluation
We encourage prospective customers to use the free trial of OneFlow to determine whether the platform meets their needs before subscribing to a paid plan.
Once a subscription transitions to a paid plan, charges are considered final unless a refund is approved under the conditions in this policy.
3. Subscription Refunds
- Monthly plans: You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the initial charge if you have not actively used premium OneFlow features during that period.
- Annual plans: You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the initial charge. A pro-rated amount may be deducted if premium features were activated or onboarding services were consumed.
- Renewals: Automatic renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings.
4. Implementation & Professional Services
Fees for implementation, onboarding, data migration, or other professional services are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before the scheduled start date, we will refund amounts paid minus any preparatory work already completed.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Submit your request by emailing hello@iqtholding.solutions from the email associated with your OneFlow account.
- Include your organization name, subscription plan, invoice number, and the reason for your request.
- We review each request within 5 business days and may request additional information to complete our assessment.
6. Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in service suspension. We are happy to work directly with you to resolve any billing concerns swiftly.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date below indicates the most recent revision.
