OneFlow Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OneFlow ("Service") provided by IQ Technologies N.V. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use OneFlow.

2. Description of OneFlow Service

OneFlow is a comprehensive business management platform consisting of three integrated modules:

BudgetFlow - Finance & Budgeting Module

• Create and manage financial budgets and forecasts
• Track expenses, income, and financial performance
• Generate financial reports and analytics
• Set financial goals and monitor progress
• Integrate with accounting systems and financial data

TimeFlow - Project & Time Management Module

• Create and manage projects with timelines and milestones
• Track time spent on tasks and projects
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress
• Generate productivity reports and team analytics
• Collaborate with team members on project deliverables

BranchFlow - Inventory & POS Module

• Manage inventory items, stock levels, and product information
• Process point of sale transactions and customer orders
• Track purchase orders, suppliers, and vendor relationships
• Generate sales reports and inventory analytics
• Manage customer data and sales history

All three modules work together to provide a complete business management solution with integrated data sharing and cross-module reporting capabilities.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use OneFlow, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use OneFlow.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment Terms

Individual Module Pricing

• BudgetFlow Only: $9.99/month - Finance & Budgeting module
• TimeFlow Only: $14.99/month - Project & Time Management module
• BranchFlow Only: $49.99/month - Inventory & POS module

Bundle Pricing

• BudgetFlow + TimeFlow: $19.99/month (25% savings)
• Complete OneFlow: $69.99/month (30% savings) - All three modules

Subscription Plans

• Starter: $19/month - BudgetFlow + TimeFlow
• Professional: $39/month - All modules + team features
• Enterprise: $79/month - Unlimited + priority support

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Payment is processed securely through Paddle, our payment processor
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Module-specific billing based on usage and features
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• No refunds for partial months or unused features

5. Free Trial and Cancellation

We offer a 14-day free trial for paid plans:

• No credit card required to start the trial
• Trial includes full access to paid features
• You may cancel anytime during the trial period
• If you don't cancel, your subscription will automatically begin
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use OneFlow to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt OneFlow services
• Use OneFlow for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble OneFlow
• Create workflows that violate third-party terms of service
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Data and Content Ownership

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data, content, and workflows you create in OneFlow. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Our Rights

We retain ownership of OneFlow software, including:

• The OneFlow platform and its features
• Our trademarks, logos, and branding
• Pre-built templates and integrations
• Analytics and usage data (anonymized)

8. Service Availability and Uptime

We strive to maintain high service availability:

• We aim for 99.9% uptime for paid plans
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
• We are not liable for downtime due to third-party services
• Free plans have no uptime guarantees

9. Data Security and Privacy

We implement security measures to protect your data:

• Data encryption in transit and at rest
• Regular security audits and monitoring
• Access controls and authentication
• Compliance with industry security standards

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• OneFlow is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party integrations or services
• You use OneFlow at your own risk

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IQ Technologies N.V. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of OneFlow or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms of service
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Pose a security risk to our services

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time:

• Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification
• Continued use of OneFlow constitutes acceptance of new terms
• You may terminate your account if you disagree with changes
• We will post updated terms on this page

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Suriname. Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations first
• Binding arbitration if negotiations fail
• Courts in Suriname for any legal proceedings
