Getting Started

Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. We require only an email and password. After 7 days, you can upgrade to a paid plan or cancel with zero charges.
What happens after my 7-day trial ends?
Your account is paused. You can upgrade to a paid plan, request an extension, or let it expire. No automatic charging.
Can I try multiple officers before committing?
Yes! You can test up to 5 officers during your trial. Each has a "Test Me" button to see sample conversations.
Do I need technical skills to use IQT Digital Officers?
No. If you can write an email, you can use an officer. They understand natural language and respond conversationally.

Capability & Integration

What can I actually ask the officers to do?
Officers can create documents, analyze data, draft communications, model scenarios, audit contracts, identify risks, develop strategies, and more. They work best with well-defined problems.
How do I integrate officers into my existing tools?
Standard users can copy/paste results or use email integration. Enterprise users get full API access for CRM, portal, and workflow integrations.
Can officers access my company's internal data?
Cloud version: No, they only use information you provide in prompts.
Enterprise version: Yes, we can train custom officers on your proprietary documents, SOPs, and historical data for 100% contextual accuracy.
Do the officers learn/improve over time?
They improve with feedback. You can rate responses and refine their training (Enterprise only).

Pricing & Billing

Can I subscribe to multiple officers?
Absolutely. Most users start with 1-2 officers and scale to 4-6 based on their needs. You'll be billed separately for each.
Can I add or cancel officers mid-month?
Yes. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. No pro-rating penalties.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Full refund within 7 days. No questions asked. Satisfied guarantee on all subscriptions.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, 15% off when you commit to annual plans.
Does volume pricing exist for 10+ officers?
Yes. Contact our sales team for custom enterprise pricing.

Security & Compliance

Is my data safe?
Cloud: Standard encryption at rest/in transit + regular security audits.
Enterprise: Private cloud/on-premises deployment + SOC 2 Type II compliance + zero-retention policy + audit logs for every interaction.
Are my conversations private?
Cloud: Conversations are stored securely and never shared with third parties.
Enterprise: Zero-retention policy means nothing is stored. Data never leaves your infrastructure.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and local data protection regulations. Data processing agreements are available for Enterprise users.
Can I use officers for sensitive/confidential information?
Cloud version: Use with caution.
Enterprise version: Fully recommended for sensitive data with private deployment.

How do I get help if something breaks?
Standard users: Email support (24-48 hour response).
Senior/Enterprise users: Priority support (4-hour response) + dedicated success manager.
Are there training resources?
Yes. We provide onboarding guides, video tutorials, and best-practice prompts for each officer. Available in our Help section.
Can I schedule a training session?
Enterprise users get dedicated training. Standard users can request group webinars monthly.
